Between the Managing Director, Graham Flowitt and Manager, Stephanie Rossignol an enormous reservoir of knowledge is 'on tap' from their collective years of experience in the City. They bring a fundamental awareness of wines with all their nuances and subtle flavours that can, on the one hand, enhance food with a delicate balance of flavours or, on the other hand, create a contrast of duelling tastes to enthuse the palate.
The rest of the team have the same enthusiasm for wine and food, both individually and in combination.
